Our Story - Past

The Company started with John W. Dapper hauling brick, block, and gravel in 1947. Later he salvaged used brick from demolition sites for resale. Dapper Company then moved into distribution of various modern lines of brick and soon expanded to a full service brick yard in Twenty Mile Stand. Diligent effort resulted in continual growth, making The Dapper Company one of the area's most respected building materials suppliers.
