The Dapper Co. Brick Selection Process

When customers arrive at our showroom, we usually ask them the following questions:

1. Name & telephone number
2. Location where they are building?
3. Who is building their home?
4. Do they know their allowance for brick? (usually the price per 1,000 that the builder has used in estimating the cost of their home)
5. Do they know how much brick they will need?
6. When does the builder expect to need the brick at the job site?
7. Do they have something particular in mind? (color)

Hints/Notes:

1. Start to take notice of the colors on the homes you see while you are driving around. That way you can eliminate your choices quicker.
2. If there is a particular home that you like, jot down the address. We can usually identify the brick that has been used.
3. If you are interested in a brick off one of the panels in our showroom, ask one of our sales team for an address of that brick on a home. We keep the addresses on the brick we stock.
4. After your selection, we will forward all your information to the outside sales representative that works with your builder.
